Forum Suggestions?

So I think that Bumping threads needs to be addressed now that it has begun happening. IMO I don't think that bumping a thread is a good thing on such a small forum unless there is a price drop. Maybe this could become a rule and then once the forum gets large enough the issue is addressed at that time???

Correct.

So basically all I have to do is start bumping my sale threads once a day and that will be considered swamping and then it will be addressed?

Hell yeah, if everything would be that easy. Maybe there´s also a difference like the one guy having 1 thread in total and pushing this every few days or the other guy having 7 threads and pushing them every few days.

I concur with the idealist at the head of the table: No one is a douche here, ergo: reasonable and good people will use this facility accordingly.

I raise the subject again. Please read and catch the drift…
Locking the thread is a good idea though, I will discuss it with Giles and the other mods today.
I agree…sale threads need to stay for a lot of reasons...
Can we all agree that the Author of their particular FOR SALE Thread locks it as soon as an item is SOLD? I think Beats said something about this a while back, but I just wanted to reiterate that is is much easier to look through the Buying & Selling Area if this happens. Thanks All!
yeah..I would suggest that once an item has been sold and the buyer received it (would be nice if he left a little feedback like item received, thanks) the thread gets locked…
I completely agree with the feedback! Great idea.
I would appreciate if once an item has changed hands the seller posts SOLD and the buyer posts RECEIVED - and than we just lock the thread…
Shoque and I have been doing this. It works perfectly. If anyone has any questions about a SOLD item, they can just PM they buyer and or seller.
