So chewie has a sz 33 up for sale that has me interested… Waist'll be too big but then the XHS also has stretched to a 34 (and it is loose, but that's what you get when you work in jeans, despite wearing a belt that could knock out a mammoth, knock off a mammoth even)...

12" thighs: wouldn't even need any stretching
8.25" knee: so that's half an inch tighter than the XHS... Can't really see that to be an issue...
7.5" legopening at 36" inseam; so shortened to say 33", that would be closer to 8"...
15" rise: I could live with that...

Can you stand a high rise? If yes, try it. They are comfy in the top block, but I still can't get used to pull them off my shins when I take them off. Speaking - they're really tight. But if you like that look - give it a shot.

Yeah: they might be too tapered down the knee... Plus I don't actually need to rotate two jeans... My XHS'es will do...

Ok so i hot soaked them for almost 2 hours the other night and to my surprise, no shrinkage. All measurements are same as original, haah! I guess it is what it is.

Well, in fairness, you have reshaped yourself pretty dramatically.  I expect a lot of things that were impossible a year ago are doable now.  Kind of a reward for all the discipline and hard work, right?

Cool, D. I think you will really like them - yes they are slim, but also cut for "adults" - room in the thighs and rise…  I just love mine - a better cut for my build than the 666.
