the rule books were created by men. whatever that higher power is…i don't think it's too concerned with what people project onto it. you just gotta keep on livin man....l i v i n.

You gotta do what Randall "Pink" Floyd wants to do…

I like Coldplay
I'm sorry, I'll get my coat

Where's my pitchfork? Someone's opinion is diverging from mine!
OK fess up, this is a safe place: who here likes Nickelback? Don't worry, we might not kill you.

Me too

Coldplay have sold a billion records, maybe more. Seems that liking them would put you squarely in the majority.
I'll admit I don't like them and never have. Chris Martin's voice is like nails on a chalkboard to me. With a different singer, I think I could love them.

I agree with that 100%^

I think that people who don't use the ignore function, but instead involve themselves in petty vendettas and "oh so trivial" arguments are even sillier though, and definitely take the webz faaaaaaaaaaar too seriously.
My name is Megatron, and I come from the internet

everybody should do what works for them. the function is there and if you want to take the high road by ignoring that is great, but it's not the high road if you have to announce you are ignoring a forum member and go into why you are ignoring said forum member. i think i am pretty transparent in the things i do & have no problem saying urbanwoodsman in my own opinion is making comments towards me when i haven't said two words to him publicly or privately. i think no one should whine when they are responded to publicly or privately for a comment they make. i think i make fun of everyone equally, well not true as some off you are just funnier than others to me.
to wit, i have been very easy going & have no problem toeing the line; however, if i am addressed publicly or privately in real life or the inter-web i'm going to respond. alot of forum members may say they don't care what others on the forum say or that they are cool or what ever, that's never been my case, i post cause i care what each and every one of you have to say (que up the string section) even if i don't agree with you.
it's all love & i'm just trying to get my landscaping taken care of & get some extra items out my house.

Shit, I ain't getting in the middle of an NY beef. I need to be allowed back into that town, you guys have the best Toys R Us
-
Well I like both of you. Madmonday has been cracking me up on here. If y'all have differences I bet there's a way to sort em out, even if the nuclear option (a mutual ignore) is the answer.
Unpopular opinion: "Business casual" is a tepid no man's land that can go away. I'd rather suit up than slack up.

it's all love
same here… its never meant personal. I really enjoy the community, its members, and the healthy debates, as well as helpful insight that exists because of this great forum. There's no place like home and this is it for me.

I like that… "Trivector of annoyance"... You're such a comic geek...
-
no NY beef, just internet miscommunication & sh!t it's not like mom & dad are splitting up & you have to pick a side.
everybody can not all get along, but don't poke the bear & ask why he snaps at your a$$.

MM, I know, I was "making light" of the situation, otherwise known as taking the piss…..it's a British thing
Seul, I hope you didn't expect me to find that comic geek poke annoying, it just makes me want to come to Belgium and disrupt your solitude even more
