seawolf, could not agree with you more on everything that you said; especially the fast food joints. How people don't look at these chains like the majority of us look at tobacco companies these days is an absolute mystery to me. They are slowly killing this country, one Wal-Mart enthusiast at a time.

I grew up on three different golf courses and the majority of golfers (in WA, at least) are far from gentleman. I do respect the commitment it takes to be even remotely decent at the game, but you won't see me on a course any time soon.
