          Mort Subite (Original) Geuze… This is the sweet(ened) version of their Old Geuze... Many will say this is crap, but I like it... Nice and sweet, tiny bit sour, light (4.5°),... Refreshing!..

            New Holland Paleooza with some cheese my roommate brought back with him from Spain.  Doesn't get much better than that…

              Fresh raspberries mixed with two year old Lambiek… Cantillon Rosé de Gambrinus... Best label I've seen yet...

                      Had one left in the fridge… Figured I'd revisit it now that I've been getting more into sours... Lo and behold - I can even taste some sweetness in it now  😃

                                  This was pretty good.  I'll need to see about picking up a couple more bottles and letting them age.  Be interesting to see how it changes over a year or two.

                                        Yesterday:

                                        I poured this'un in the sink… Based on prunes... NO carbonation at all...

                                        Pretty good… Refreshing, at least...

                                          I honestly don't think there is a more balanced beer than this… Every sip is heaven... It's always hard to believe it's 8°... Goes down so smoothly...

                                            Visted another local beerstore… Expensive shop, but some good stuff... Lindemans Geuze - filtered, sweetened; but I love it... 16 € for a case (12x 37.5cl)... 5 bottles of Lindemans Faro (0.63 €/ bottle!)... And some more Geuzes...  🙂
