Wallets, Chains, and Reins

Thanks for the link, but I was thinking more along these lines:

John Lofgren & Co. x Mushman's Engineer Boots; these are in "ortensia x navy", which is beautiful, don't get me wrong, but picture them in navy shell cordovan with nickel roller buckles and honey lug Vibram soles…

Those are nice boots, and I see what you're getting at.
And Thurston Bros will help you out with a jacket.

Getting back on topic, Rettam Yorozya sell a load of Ghost wallet variants.
This one is (I think) hand dyed. It's a good thing that the shop doesn't ship to the UK as it's 44,000 Yen!

A one-off Pailot River model. This is (only) 38,000 Yen.

It's White Sage according to the blurb. Looks a bit more suspicious to me…

And the Mysterious 44.

If I could ever find a reason for buying a leather jacket, I would buy that one. I love café racers and I love that it's a color other than black or brown, so I could easily justify getting a second one in a more basic/versatile color. Win.

I live in Houston. Today, it's 91°. Naturally, I'm on vacation in Las Vegas, where it's 106°. In other words, I don't have a lot of opportunities to wear jackets, much less heavier options like leather. I guess the plus side is that it would last forever, even if it was crap quality.

I'm currently looking for a new wallet, and whilst trawling Rakuten, I found some weird and wonderful stuff. Like this in Strawberries and Cream Stingray…

These are made using leather inlays.

2ND are carrying a Redmoon HR-01 that's been painted white. From what I can make out in the Rakutenglish, this will crack and flake over time. I rather like this one.

They also have a discontinued Redmoon deerskin wallet, which I'm only mentioning because it's sewn with tendons, and I know a few people are into that sort of thing. There's a long version, and both styles are available in black.

And lastly, I saw that Redmoon are doing a hand-sewn version of the HR-01-A. The stitching looks a lot beefier than the machine-made wallets, and given that tends to be the weak point, I suspect it would last longer too.

White wallets?! Who are you, Truman Capote?
