How do Oak Street boots and shoes stack up against the likes of Viberg? Does anyone have experience with both brands? I am curious about the difference in leather and how comfortable the Oakstreet boots can be from the start.

The Oakstreet trench boot resembles the Viberg 1950 Service boot, IMO. I wonder how much of a difference they are to each other in quality and comfort.

I have a few of both brands.  the cxl is sourced from Horween in both cases.  If you size right you should be able to do a 5 miler first day out….

The trench is extremely comfortable right out of the box. I just got them in march for my birthdday from my wife. Not much Evo to show on them yet but I'll post a pic of them
