So we bought our new telly during a special promotion thingy in the shop - for every 2 inches spent, you got a 10 € discount… So, we have ourselves 200 € as a discount... Has to be spent in the shop by January 2014... But guess what will be released in October 2013?.. That's right: the new Playstation 4… It's a tradition with me and my brother to always pick up the new one immediately... This year it'll be no different...

I would love to go someday, for the experience. I don't share the same, sentiments re: the most exciting two minutes in sports, however. I understand that there is an incredible amount that I will never comprehend about the "sport;" but, ultimately, I can't look past the fact that these are animals – not athletes. The dynamics of ownership in horse racing also leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
The Olympics' 100 meter dash gets my vote for the best race in sports.

One of my old roommates and I had many long (slightly drunken) debates about what is and is not a "sport". One factor we agreed on was that anything not human or gravity powered wasn't a sport. No horse racing, no auto racing, no sailing. We disagreed on bicycles and skis…
Anyway, I can't get interested in the Derby. It just holds no appeal to me. I love track and field, but for my money, the 400 meters is a better race than the 100.
