Seul, the LG I picked up a few weeks ago is stunning. Far better picture than my old Samsung LCD, the black tone on it is incredible, like a good plasma. Cost about what you're looking to pay too.

happy with the Toshiba(s) I have and I also bought them from Amazon, not a problem at all.

just for info: the listing says that if bought from Amazon direct (not from the listed retailers) delivery is only to Germany and Austria, so no Seul land I guess…

I've had good experiences with both Panasonic and Toshiba.  I'd recommend either for TVs.

Mr. G, how much is the weight of the 18oz denim after the first soak?

I know that unsanforized denim gains a little weight after soak, but how about sanforized?

                The 18 becomes about 18.7

Would it be possible to make a selvedge super black denim? Could we see that at some point in the future?

It is possible.  I suspect I would have to request it, because the (mainly) bikers who buy the SB stuff in Japan, don't give a shit whether it is selvedge or not…I'm not sure if I want to do it enough to commission it...

I have been doing some learning on loopwheeled and have seen the video that Giles stars in about tees. Can I ask why ih hoddies are loopwheeled but have seams. I am guessing because of some area of construction.?

                          I guess it's a constructional requirement, I'll ask H….

im looking for a new knitted sweater (cotton, linen or cotton/linen) and would love some brand recommendations! apart from the japanese clothing, i usually wear scandinavian stuff and would like to go outside my comfort zone. so, who makes great knitted sweaters?

davito, thanks man, but maybe i shouldve specified further. to me a "knitted sweater" is perhaps whats more generally known as a pullover, jumper or w/e its called haha. all these different types of tops..

love my buzz rickson x self edge sweater! bought in nyc 3-4 years ago and is by far my most favourite sweater 🙂

Hey guys, noob question for sure…

How long does it usually take for denim, particularly the 18oz, to settle and have the creases form?

Completely depends on the amount of wear, and what you do when you are wearing them. It varies depending on your lifestyle basically.

about to weeks for me wowowee, but mega has a valid point.  oh & it also depends on the cut of the denim as the closer fits tend to set sooner than later
