Probably too late, but I think the fit on those jeans is one of your best, if not the best, Eli.

Basically are these are more of a straight cut below the knee.  Sounds like yes, unless going with a very long inseam.

Unless otherwise directed, Haraki will always put 1/2" (1" circumference) taper from the knee to the hem.  That is true of the 666L and the 666L , you will lose approx 1/20th of an inch of that taper for ever inch you shorten.
