^^Agreed. Not that it would change anything, but any insight as to WHY would be nice.

Glad this bastard is in custody and justice can be done, it is vitally important to know if they were acting alone, or part of something bigger.

When I first visited Japan in 2005, I first saw Japanese street wear and instantly fell in love with brands like Bathing Ape and Wtaps, I loved the imagination, the detail and the quality. The clothing simply did not have an equal that I had seen anywhere in the UK, even in our best luxury brands.
From there I naturally followed into other Japanese brands and , starting with Samurai, I became aware of and began to love Japanese denim, and obviously Iron Heart.
At around the time I started the first round of the HWDC, I made a post on SuFu stating that eventually I wanted to own at least one of the best of every item of clothing and accessories which I liked. I'm not a collector by any stretch of the imagination, if I don't absolutely love something or it just doesn't suit/ fit me, I flip it and move it on.
The point to this post is that I finally feel like I am getting there on the road to owning some of the very best available items in the world. In denim there is a level where it becomes a matter of taste and preference, rather than quality, if you own Iron Heart then you own one of the best pair of jeans available anywhere, period. Same can be said for casual shirts, flannels, chambrays etc… If you own IH, Flat Head, Samurai or a comparable brand then you own one of the best.
In footwear the same can be said of brands such as Wesco, Whites or Viberg, where mainly taste and preference rather than quality makes the decision. I believe that my Trophy denim jacket is one of the best available anywhere, I believe that my IHM-01 is one of the best winter coats available anywhere (and still my favourite IH item), I believe my Goruck GR1 is one of the best backpacks available and my Ditas the same for eyewear, so in these respects I am satisfied.
The second point to my post is that now I have satisfied "the basics", the purchases remaining are much larger, and will take some serious finance, currently beyond my means. I now realise that if I am going to have to stick with what I wanted to achieve I will now have to work harder, save for longer, and not make too many vanity purchases. The items next on the list are things like a leather jacket, a watch, which realistically are quite an expense.
My purchases need to last me for years to come, I want classic items that will age with me. Interested to hear if you guys have had similar thoughts.

HUUUHGGGGEEEEEE Contrast to Finn's post. Or perhaps you took his advice, and hence the post :).
For the past 7 years I've taken the approach of investing in myself and looking to long term for pay off. I have less, quality items that have lasted many years. Health, Work, Clothing are all the same in this regard. Invest in yourself, no one else will :P. The inverse, if you're not willing to invest in yourself, why should anyone else? ::)

Maybe he lives where it's not illegal, IJ.

And in the US it still federally illegal which means federal has the authority to override state and this is the cause for constant raids in distribution facilities like those found in humboldt county and various other places on the way coast
