Not sure… I have a front loading HE washer and Selected the "hot" setting... That's about as technical as it got. Sorry I can't be of more assistance

nemas problemas man. ill check for myself and see the results after ive washed mine!

took some measurements after its first wash (60c), but there was hardly any shrinkage at all. id hoped for some shrinkage in arms/length but they stayed the same. chest shrank .5"

did you use the dryer? I tried a semi hot wash for the first wash and air died with very little result. However a hot wash plus a warm dryer seemed to do the trick…just a suggestion hope it works out for you

Thanks Finn..Yeah, Ive dropped a lot of weight since my last RnR, started eating ALOT better and working out with guys from my job…
