Laguna/Newport is just so inviting on multiple fronts, anybody strongly disagree?

Here's an idea, and feel free to throw e-tomatoes, G/fellas. If the competition was in Newport/Laguna, maybe we could talk Kiya into throwing a party at SELA to promote Iron Heart's S/S 2014 line?

Random fact: Jody and I met in Newport Beach, CA, not far from Laguna

a minor consideration, I think if they already have a cadre in/near the city, the cost may be $500 less
another consideration, you have a good chance to end up in the water no matter where you're at
at the beach, you're sure to spend time in the ocean, and you'll probably have sand in your asshole in the morning

I think sand would be the least of our worries after completing this

                            None.

I'll hook with you guys if you're coming out here.  You won't find better weather than we have here, no matter what time of the year.  I won't go to LA, though, unless I'm forced…

Let's bring dirt bikes.  All that vibration makes for good combs.

If it ends up being in San Diego, you can stay at my place Zee.  I'll even let you wear that badass jacket I bought off ya last year.

Absolutely. I loved all of San Diego. If it wasn't for work, I'd still be there.

How is everyone's training going? Been a bit quiet in here. Mega how is Paleo going? I have been working out daily with my bricks. 3-5 miles daily, squats, box jumps, push ups, mountain climbers all with bricks in ruck. Really getting used  to the  weight. Did a 5 mile hike today on some really rough terrain bricks didnt seem to slow me down. I can feel myself getting stronger on a day to day basis. 2 weeks ago the bricks felt horrible. Now i barely notice the extra weight. My ankle seems to he doing better will be jumping back into Skogg on Monday.

"honorable mention to the bearded giant aka derivative666 for being a stand up dude & not changing with the seasons since i've been around these parts" Monday

Good news about the ankle, d666. Lingering injuries are such a pain in the ass.

Still familiarizing myself with the kettlebells. I'm loving them, so far. The cardio workout from exercising in intervals of time, as opposed to reps, is an unexpected and pleasant surprise.

I also feel like I'm getting stronger. My repaired shoulder, especially. I'm sleeping better, too; which is big for me.

I apologize for the lack of detailed updates. I've been crazy busy, lately. I'll make more of a concerted effort to get specific workout details up; I appreciate when Doug and Z do that, so I should contribute ideas from someone far less experienced as they may be helpful to anyone in a similar situation.
