Getting past veto power is definitely the toughest part of getting a bike.  I had to get a couple of my wifes female riding friends on my side to persuade.  Good luck Giles.

Perfect day to free the bike from the battery tender and start riding. First ride of 2013. It's been way to cold here in Utah, but 46F was just what I needed.

Thanks. Pretty lucky being this close to the Mtns. 20 mins from my door to 4 different ski resorts. When its warmer i usually ride by the canyons on my commute to catch 15 mins of twisties before heading home.

Apparently when one of the driving examiners wanted to get his bike license, the old school, and rather strict, bike examiner recommended Mark.

Me doing my test around Gosvegas suggests to me that it is actually the centre of the universe. :o

Definitely looks likes a fun little thumper.  And clean enough to eat off of, too.

Don't know if you care or not, but your pipe was wrapped backwards.  It could possibly try to unravel itself with the overlaps facing forward.  It's not really any kind of big deal, but a pet-peeve of mine…

People always want to start wrapping up by the manifold end for some reason.  Some tips if you've never done it before: soak the wrap in water for a little while, start at the tail end of the pipe (or as close to the tail end as you want the wrap to go), and wear gloves.
