extant, but out of stock atm. so if there's a restock coming in, it'll be available for purchase again!
after restock, you should be able to cop and stack again…

Thanks Finn,  I'm one of the classics mis-understanding Extant :|. Checked dictionary, as apposed to FAQ.

                    slaps wrists

Extant: A regular production item. If we are not showing your size, drop us an email, it should only be a short while until restock.
Endangered: A one-off production run that is severely limited.
Extinct: sold out and no more will be made.

This gets a bit techie, but Shoque have just implemented

                        http://aws.amazon.com/cloudfront/

This means all our website content is somewhere "up there" in a sort of distributed fashion… (Yep, that's G tech speak.....)

                        What does that really mean?

Faster load times and better user experience (we hope).

Let me know if you see a difference.......

Basically we serve almost all static content now (images, javascript, CSS) directly from Amazon servers closest to the customer's location. Amazon servers are based in the US, Europe, HK & Singapore, Japan, South America and Australia (= 4 continents). Unlike before, when we served 100% of the content from our UK-based server (which was quite fast as well).

Page-load should thus be insanely fast.

Should make for a much faster global experience when browsing the site. Proof as always, is in the pudding tho :).

I think the other bit that came along with this migration is Cache-Control being set, which means all of our devices no longer try request from the server(s) images it already has and has been told to keep handy.

This is some really next-level shizzle. The website is now like the 21/23/25oz of Denim :).

We have found an issue with the way addresses were held in our old shopping cart (Zen).  Zen did not require a state to be part of the billing address.  So if you did not enter a state when registering in the old shop, we could not import a state into our new shopping cart (Presta).

Presta require a state when validating an order.  If there is no state, then the order fails.

Please can you check your customer profile and add a state if non is in your billing address.

This does not apply to customers registering since we launched the new site as a state must be entered, otherwise the registration fails.

Further.  We have found out the following.

PayPal express on the old website allowed all sort of abbreviations in the registered address when validating a payment.  Paypal (Classic) does not.  We now use the classic PayPal and not Paypal express.  We do this so that a customer has to go through our shop software, if they do not (by using Paypal Express) then gift vouchers are not recognised.

So if you have keyed your registered address into the Iron Heart shop with abbreviations in the address, then Paypal will reject the payment.

It is supremely irritating for all involved, but our shop software simply can't edit for every possible abbreviation used (St, Ave, Rd, Bvd etc etc) and Paypal will reject the payment if it does not get a 100% match. This is for security purposes and fraud prevention. I hope you understand.

So please, if you think you may have a stored registered address that is different from what Paypal holds, then update your address in the shop.

Is it still giving you grief? If so, what browser are you using? Are you able to load any pages at all, or just not that one page?

Whilst waiting for an answer, I suggest holding down the shift button and hitting the reload button on the page and seeing if that fixes it up.
