It's not really a women's jean, but have you considered the Momotaro x Blue Owl BOM004?  It's a low rise, tight, tapered fit, which might work well for her.  Plus, it's only 13 oz and it had silk weft threads, so the pair should be light and super soft.  Just a thought.

Oh, and women also seem to like 3sixteen jeans, too.  Might want to check them out as well.
