The standard Busters?.. A tagged 34 measures about 33" in the waist for those… Tagged 33 in the 666D measures around 16-16.5" plus you can EASILY and quickly stretch it an inch if the need be... So yeah: go with a 33 if you ask me...  🙂 I'm a true size 33 and wear the 666Ds in a tagged 33...

Hey guys, I tried on the 634s-B overdyed and liked the fit…are the fit on these similar at all? I know it says they slim but I just don't want something too skinny. Thanks

No, they are slimmer.  Take a look at the respective sizing charts on the website under the "sizing" tab

First of all, pretty much a newbie here; only own two pairs of IH pants. But here is my experience.  I purchased a pair 36 IHxB01 (Beatle Busters) and loved the fit.  Then I purchased a pair of IH-666D in size 36 and found the fit to be very similar with only the rise (front and back) being different.  For the most part in size 36, the measurements in the prescribed spots are very, very similar between the BB and 666D.  As for the comparison to a 634s cut, I suspect you will find the 666 ducks slimmer in the thigh, knee, and opening.

Thanks for the quick responses. I did see the measurements in the sizing charts and noticed they are slimmer. Just hope it's not a huge difference. I like a fit that is not too slim or too loose either, so that's what I hope to get with these.

Hi ManOnFire (like your nick) if sized TTS you will get a nice slim straight fit. Maybe you want to size up one, which could give you a bit a more "relaxed" fit. Just take care of your thighs.

                Cheers,
                David

                  @davito:

Volcano mate if you gonna cop just wear em, dont think too much what to combine, it will be OK  😉 😎

So here they are, really nice, I have been waiting so badly for them and now I do own them in my arsenal of IH trousers  😘 😘 😘 Thanks Giles and Haraki and everybody involved for putting them into production.

My standard IH size is 30 and I took a tag 31 to give them a bit a "relaxed" slim look as I have already 3 or more superslim jeans in my cupboard, which are in rotation from time to time. the thighs measurements in a tag 31 are the same as a 634S in w30. Although the 634 cut is a real beauty, I already prefer the 666D cut a bit more since it gives a clean slim straight look on me.

size 30 would have been possible but again this would be another superslim fit on me, which I have in other jeans. On the other hand I try to gain some 1 to 2 kilos more on my hips and it would be a killer for such a nice pair of trousers to be too snuggy afterwards.

I give em a bit of time to settle and after the first wash they will go for a hem service, probably 4-5 inches shorter, lets see if there will be any shrinkage. Now they run with a double cuff but I do not mind. I am sure they will perfectly shape to the body like the 25oz VMC/XHS does as well.

but have a look yourself and get excited about your orders guys and gals (if you have not yet ordered, place it now  😉 ;)) 🙂 🙂 🙂

                  "duck porn"  😘 😘 😘

ManOnFire this is my pair. In the meantime they have been washed once and hemmed…will post pictures soon in the next few weeks as I battle through all my trousers atm

                  Cheers,
                  David

David, thanks a lot. I actually went through all the pages of this thread and as it turns out, your fit photos inspired me to make the purchase.

You'll be fine with the waist but I'm a little but more concerned with the thighs. How are your thigh measurements on your other pairs of jawns?

my sugar cane 1947's measure 12.5 in the thigh…will 0.2 make that much of a diference? also the 36's seem like they would be too big with a waist of 35....or could i soak them and shrik them down?

do you workout on legs or do any endurance training? if not so frequet…. don't worry as much than. also don't forget the fabric isn't as thick so it will be more comfortable on your waist

ManOnFire: they might be a tad snug at first, but they will stretch easily and quickly if the need be, both in thighs and waist.

Got my pants! I wasnt home when the UPS guy showed up, so i had to go pick them up at their pickup center. I tore open the packaging, and one word immediately came to mind…AMAAAZING. Not only do they feel good in your hands, but they feel even better on. Do not want to remove them haha. Thanks to Giles and the IH team. Pics to follow.
