Wholly shit! Jeff and Nate in the same painful ankle boat. Ice, NSAIDs, elevation, and something to knock the pain. Staying off of it helps too. I rolled mine pretty nasty once on a trip to China and couldn't keep off it. I was fecking miserable!

Man, that looks painful.  I used Aircast before, it helped to immobilize/support the ankle while it heals.  Speedy recovery D666.

aircast is the way to go, when dealing with such problems…after cooling the hell out of it! damn, I'm feeling cold, just after looking at the pic
