Nope.  he already has 10 pairs of 634S - don't think he'll need a new pair for a while.  This is for a customer in The Netherlands…G

I was going to say I thought he ordered a bunch last time we heard from him. So your friend in The Netherlands, is he / she on the forum? If not will they be? Also, we have to see some 7'0"+ Fades!!!!

Giles - how would you compare the fit of these to PBJ xx-005?

Hey folks. I just received my first pair of IH. The 634s! I recently discovered Iron Heart and been obsessed ever since!  😘  😘

Thanks to LandoCal for pointing me this way. Been lurking this past week scanning the threads like a mad man! This place is dangerous.

Not much of a fit pic:

I probably could have sized down (expected SF/SUFU knee jerk reaction) but I already have another pair of man tights in a different brand.  😉

Can't wait for this pair to settle in!

I'm not quite sure where to put this post so I'll put it here.

Picked up my 634S jeans today. My first thought when picking up the package was "Wow that's pretty heavy for one pair of jeans." I took them out of the package and at first I thought Giles had shipped black ones by mistake. They are so dark. Tried them on and the fit is perfect. I've been wearing them all afternoon, and the are amazingly comfortable considering how heavy they are. I am truly impressed, my only complaint is that I can't afford to throw out all my other jeans and replace them with Iron Heart jeans.

Not sure if I should wash them or not, I like the look and feel just the way they are now.

I should be able to get some fit pictures later, if I do I'll post those.

                            Mike

The 634S doesn't change very much after the first wash, but I usually give my jeans an inital soak when I get them

I know violence is not the answer, I got it wrong on purpose

Does the 634S have fully lined back pockets? I know the SR has half-lined back pockets, and I had always assumed that the S had no back pocket lining at all, but I just saw on a Japanese website that the IH 634 (non-selvage) has fully lined back pockets, so I was curious to know if the 634S was the same.

Beatle, thanks for the response! You misunderstood me, though. The 634S doesn't have a lined back pocket at all then, but the regular 634 non-selvage has a fully lined back pocket. You can see it at this link here:

                                    http://en.item.rakuten.com/bluemarble/ironheart-renewal634/

It is shown in the second-to-last picture of the jeans, and it is also mentioned in the description. Again, this is the 634 21 oz., but non-selvage, so not the 634S.

Beats, Commodore was referring to the 634.

Commodore, the 634-s has no pocket lining (unless you are Haraki and maker yourself your own unique pair 🙂 :)).  The later versions of the 634 DO have full rear pocket lining.  I have them here on sale at the moment, down from 295 to 245.  G
