Odd, I was told 3sizes, annnyyyhooooww.. The NYE still measures 9" and fits, as does the BANGLU-1(fit).

Large party bracelet closest, I can fit a my index finger sideways under it. bit further back is the BANGLU-1 just popping into screen.

My semi-educated Bottom Line: I'd say as long as there's a bit of clearance with the party bracelet you'll be fine. The BANGLU-1 if anything is a bit big on my wrist @ 6.5". I'd call 7" wrist perfect for this, with ~8" fitting with a little stretching…..

I googled how to put on/take off, as I felt stretching wasn't overly working as it'd weaken a certain area….Thankful that I did as now I'm able to leave it a good tight size, but can still get on and off.....
