    @Finn666:

    size 34!

    short review:

    • these are un-fucking-believable! comfortable straight out of the box and that 17oz duck (my first pair of duck bottoms btw.) is just outta this world! i´m in love and finally i have something badass to wear besides denim! 😘
atm. i´m rocking these triple cuffed…looking forward to get them hemmed though! maybe in march 😉

Yo Rafa, so you've had these for about a month now.  How much would you say these have stretched in the thigh?  I'm looking to pull the trigger, and I think I am in a similar situation as you were in.  The 34's waist is perfect, but the thighs are too slim.  The 36's thighs are perfect, but the waist is too large.  I'm not a fan of the ultra-slim look with my build, and am almost considering waiting for a restock of the 36, and then having the waist brought in.  I know everyone is saying these stretch pretty well though.  Any help is appreciated because I can't make up my mind.

finn, do you plan on hemming these?  i think it would really make them look a lot nicer . . .  the front pockets not sitting flat are also bothering me.

      head high, middle finger higher

haven'tworn them too often, but i try to throw up some measurements and new fitpics over the weekend and yeah, I'm planning on letting these hem AND taper, to make them look a tad cleaner from knee down! just need to find the time to do so…
what's up with yours MM, how do you like'em so far?

I had the blue ones as well, but returned them, since I was feeling the brown ones a bit more! both colors are dope though...

^Thanks for your thoughts, bro. I've been circling these for too long. It's going to happen, I just need to get the sizing sorted.

sry for the late reply mate, but here it is…

the thigh measurement of my tagged 34" waist pair is: 34cm = 13.40inch

so going after the size-chart, it looks like the thighs stretched 0.4inch...now i don´t have made any measurements prior to wearing them, so i can´t really say how much they´ve stretched, but i think you should be good with a 34" tagged pair!

…yes, these are getting a hem and maybe a slight taper in the near future! 😉

Thinking of getting a pair of these (in beige/khaki) to replace my worn out banana republic khakis to wear around the office…I wear a size 36 634s, any recommendations on sizing? I'm looking for something fitted but not tight (ideally something a little tighter than the 634s)... I am also considering getting the IH 702. What is the different between the 816 and the 702?

                        I would get 36 in 816 and 702.  816 heavy cotton duck, 702 medium weight poly-cotton chino.

this is by far the best alternative to denim! it's so versatile in matching any outfit. wore it (beige color-way) with a white long sleeve shirt the other day and i received many compliments about how great this pants look! the cut is slim and smart so wearing it to functions with formal tops is alright too! 🙂

wearing mine (again) today! best alternative to denim and tbh. i see myself grabbing the 816 more and more after getting up, as a pair of my blue jeans…volcano said it all!

Received a pair of these on Friday, they actually attempted delivery on Thurs but I wasn't in.  Wasn't expecting them to be hemmed and dispatched on the same day.  Absolutely amazing service.
Anyway I got them in  34" but was worried about the thighs.  A few squats and lunges and they loosened up fine.  Perfect fit for me.  Got the browns and now tempted by the blues.
