Equus have just released a Sam Browne belt.

very tempting, but i have my sights set for [this] for a long time now.
so,  went ahead & put in an order to Charlie of EQUUS for this:

lenght= 35" :: [ie, from base to middle hole] ::
width= 1.5"
color= Sedgwick black
buckle= brass garrison 2-pronged "satin" finish
holes= 5-hole

The other Tender belt that I really like is the double D-ring model. Here are some pictures posted by William Kroll over at Superfuture.

I like the way that one's aged. I think it's a bit more interesting than the oak bark belts. Now if it had red enameled rings…

The enamel chips and some are even at the point of showing the brass underneath. It's a great belt and it is aging beautifully.

tnx Finn!  besides,  being apropos for the garrison buckle, i especially the black for its "satin" finished brass.

IMO, the leather quality is on par if not better than the Buco or Fullcount garrison i've seen @BIG, for less than 1/2 the retail … Charlie [of Equus] is the man!
