The variation in color is a result of this boot being made with the Natural Aniline CXL Rough Out. They're dark out of the box, so I wire brushed the shit out of mine.

Morgan, I just received the Tanned Vintage Hikers from Leffot and, although beautiful, they're far from being wearable out of the box. (Insanely stiff.) Should I oil them and or treat them like a new baseball glove in an attempt to loosen them up?

Its a bit tight on mine tbh, need a bit effort to get them foot inside.. other than that they are fine footwear. Thats why Im a bit hesitant on getting another.
