Waitin' for a response on my questions … wrote to orders@bakershoe (28 jan) and to Kyle personally (01 feb)
and nothing is coming back ... what the f**k is going on?

Really? I've had no problems getting answers from Kyle via email. His first response took a day, but after that it's been within a couple of hours. Maybe your email went to spam?

That Is pretty odd…. I never had an issue in talking directly to Kyle before..

I think that was right about the time he was out sick. Your email may have just gotten buried by mistake. Doesn't make it any better, I know, but that doesn't sound like Kyle to ignore emails for a week. Perhaps another email would help? Failing that, a phone call should get results. Sorry your experience had been so frustrating, VO.

Give Kyle a call. I sent him a bunch of questions via email and he asked me to call him. We went over the questions one by one over the phone. In the end, it would have been much easier to talk rather than to write.

I know he did Andi, but people were advising VO to call Bakers, I was simply pointing out that as VO is in Germany it would be more difficult and expensive for him to do that

9 weeks? What have you ordered? According to Whites Facebook and Twitter feed they are turning boots around in 6 weeks currently. If true, 4 more weeks for me
