Ronaldsh.  Yes, I have shipped a few times to Singapore.  Was over over there myself last year for the Simgapore Beer Festival.  G

I'd be quite surprised Giles if you got many orders over here to down-under. I'm quite sure this year's summer put the very few (if Any) Aussie Denim heads off buying any type of heavy denim or even think about it. God it made even wearing 14 oz difficult I can only imagine how it would feel to wear 21 oz .

Guess the only way to truly know is to find out for myself. ;D. A pair of IH-634S is on the top of my list but currently holding back due to my ever changing body weight  😞

Monstarice.  I ship a load of stuff down to Oz.  The 21oz denim in the 634S, whilst very heavy breathes very well, so does not feel as hot as you may think.  Now the 634SR are another matter, they are super warm.  Just talking to a new retailer in Melbourne who should start to carry IH and possibly TW very soon..G

…my ever changing body weight  😞

Monstarice, the 634S will strectch a fair bit (after the first 20 approx wears), certainly mine are much more generous than when I first got them. So, dont worry too much about a few extra pies and choccy milk….:)

That's great to hear Giles. I would have gave in and brought a pair of 634S already if only you sold them in a W35. ATM I'm Stuck between a 34 and a 36 with the 34 being too small and the 36 being a bit too big due to stretching. Poor me  😞

I live in Boulogne, which touches the South West tip of Paris, France and I work in Paris. It takes 15 minutes to get there (near to Opera) by motorcycle, 30 minutes by the metro (underground, or tube or whatever you guy call an underground railway designed for mass transit system!!!) and 45 by car.

French drivers are a challenge, but riding on the Seine river banks on a warm and sunny day like yesterday and passing the Eiffel tower is ultra cool.

Giles, do you have many French customers? Any retailers in Paris? I've seen a number of participants in this thread ask if about other customers in their respective countries/cities. If it is not betraying trade secrets, it would be nice to have a breakdown of your customers by country, a nice little pie chart or something of that nature…

gb,  Have quite a few customers in France, but no retailers.  My customer split is about 10% UK, 20% Europe, 10% Russia and 60% Rest of World.  G

                          interesting, thanks for the info
Totally shocked that no retailer in Paris carries the IH brand. Or any badass Japanese denim.

Without being rude (whenever did that stop a Brit when talking about the French), not sure that the French get Japanese denim yet.

G not known for la politesse:  Japanese Denim not appreciated widely yet in France, but definitely some French connoisseurs that DO get it, as witnessed by this forum.

Paris has the only 45rpm retail store in Europe, right? The only reason I'd go back to Paris is to drool all the stuff in that store

I live in the very small town of Wernersville, PA, USA.  There isn't much that goes on here nowadays, but it has an interesting history of resorts, spas, & treatment centers.  I don't have any recent pictures of the area (maybe I'll go for a walk and snap some) but I found some older ones here:
                                    http://berks.pa-roots.com/photo/WernersvillePictures.html

The Wernersville State Hospital hasn't changed much and is about 3 minutes from my house, smokestack and all.
