A resole and a refurbishment are two totally different things. A resole is necessary maintenance.
Yeah, I completely agree.
I'm glad we can resole. I'll probably need a heel replacement after a few months.

I think that is a completely unfair assessment. Different kind of boot and as far as I am concerned a tremendous boot company that makes outstanding timeless product. -
I didn't mean that in a bad way I was just saying there is a noticeable amount of difference in size.
In reading my statement I can see how it could be understood that way; however, it was in regard to overall size of boot compared to other two… by no means is that in regards to quality or anything else.

I just registered for this. Glad to be a part of it with everyone. I'm looking forward to using and lovingly abusing my first pair of White's.
Does anyone have any insight as to the sizing? I want to be as sure as possible before ordering. I've read that the semi-dress last fits similar to Alden's trubalance last (I'm an 8E in my Indy's), and was going to order the same. -
^ Me also, glad to be taking part! I have a pair of William Lennon boots inbound at the moment, but I think this is the perfect opportunity for a pair of Whites. I normally wear a 10 EE in a US boot, and a 9/9.5 G in a UK (depending in the make). Can I go true to size in Whites?
