These look darker in real life, the area to the left shows the sheen, not fading.

Hello, I'm an Iron Heart newbie and just received my first pair of 634S-Bs.  I'm planning to get them hemmed today (at Self Edge in NYC), however wanted to be sure it's not necessary to soak them prior to having them hemmed.  Since they're sanforized I don't think it's necessary, but wanted to make sure.

              Thanks for any help!

^^ Def not necessary to soak prior to hemming ski.  Like you said they're sanforized and overdyed too.  As G would say the overdying process over shrinks the denim.

                    Thanks.  That's what I figured.

Very excited as they're my first pair of straight cut denim in years.  Everything else has been a tapered leg.  We'll see how skinny guys like myself do with these.  Excited to see the progression.

I just got these, they feel very nice on, seem a little extra higher in the waist and rommier in the waist than the indigo version. i know there essentially the same jean but thats how i find them. superb service from paula at iron heart im pleased with the fit 🙂 now to try and post pics i failed miserably last time

Ah, I just copied & pasted the direct link without picking a size.  Maybe I should re-read the thread on how to post pics.

Looking forward to the post wash pics, RS. These jeans are incredibly underrated. My pair is just starting to show some evo. This one is truly a slow burner.
