Owners of these 50s Service Boots:
Just checked through the thread again and am a bit confused about sizing for the different models.
For this type is about half a size down as compared to say Red Wing Iron Rangers, i.e. if I have the Iron Ranger in US 11, I'd size these UK (standard Viberg sizing) 10.5?edited for more precise sizing question
Hi, important is the last of this Boot!
I have a Service Boot 1950 with a 2030 last and this last is in the front a little bit narrow.
I wear in RW 875 US Size 10,5 and in Viberg with the 2030 last also 10,5 Viberg Size !!!
In Viberg with a 110 last, I wear Viberg Size 10.
I hope this helps.MightyMouse, this is almost exactly what a Viberg rep told me today. The 2030 last runs a half size smaller than the listed size. So a 2030, 10.5 is really a 10.

I have took a new order at Viberg

I am between 9.5-10 US so I was thinking that I should have gone with an 8.5 in the Viberg. Most of my UK shoes are size 9, but I do have a couple of pairs that are 8.5 UK. I ordered the Boondockers in December, but had them sent to my parents' house so I didn't try them on until yesterday. Viberg agreed to leave me extra time to return them if necessary, but in the meanwhile all of the 8.5s were sold so I needed these to fit.
