Tattoos

I have a policy never to ask people what their tattoos mean to them. I think it's super personal and something not often wished to share.  That's my opinion though.

after 3 months of getting my first tattoo done, I have to say that I really hate that question and often leave it un-answered since I think it's just silly…
and I'm with Flo (max power) on this one, not every tattoo has to have a personal meaning imo! if you just love the look of something, go for it! simple as that...

No Fauxpas imo, some have a meaning, some not.

If I didn't want to share, I wouldn't have. But indeed, if you're tattooed you hear that question a lot and can get bummed out by that.

Finished the red. Got the other one to finish then the line work for the rest of it begins. Probably won't do that until Fall 13. Not fully healed, skin feeling quite battered from the past few months work.

Nice work guys!  the owl, dragons, snake all looking good.

Go elclintor!  Took me 2 years to get through my back piece.  Was a true test of my will, was tough timing those healings.  Outline took 8 hours in one sitting

session 1 (nov.) - start! 2.5hours

session 2 (dec.) - 3hours

session 3 (jan.) - done! 1.5hours

Just scheduled my appointment to start on my chest this coming Tuesday. Looking forward to some new ink, but not looking forward to the pain. Shits gonna hurt….... :o

naaah, not really mate…I really thought it would be hell, but tbh., as I was lying in the chair, it wasn't that bad and I even felt  to sleep one time...well almost!
the only thing I can say is that the right side is not that "painful" as the heart side!

I haven't had one yet that didn't hurt like hell. Some are worse than others but there's no way in hell I'd ever fall asleep during a tattoo unless some serious drugs were involved. Still really excited about some new ink though.
