              Hit the bar with the best beer selection in town.  Low and behold, Tripel Karmeliet was on tap last night…

              Followed with something cheap (labatt) and served in a gallon bucket…

                I can honestly say i have never seen beer served out of a bucket like that before….

                          It is definitely both of those things.  You need a group of four though, or else the place won't serve you one, haha…

                          ^gotta love the 90 minute.  Went through a pack of that earlier in the week...

                                  Guess my glass wasn't too clean or something, but the head will not go down…

                                  I eventually just dipped my nose in and had a sip… Went down a bit... Is this normal with Chimay??? Anyway... Only having it cause it's only 7° and I gotta work early tomorrow...  😠

                                    My local LCBO gets a lot of the red in, so I have had it a bunch of times, and I can safely say that yes it does that most of the time.

                                      This a current fave.  Not sure how it passed me by for quite as long as it did, given it's one of my favourite styles of beer these days.

                                        The Cuvee van de Keizer was slightly sweet and had a sour apple aftertaste.  This however is much drier and well balanced.  Totally different flavors from two BIG beers.  Gotta love the Belgians and their yeasts.
