OK.  Just checked.  Sizing can be added to extinct items.  I did the IHSH-07bk, if you would like to check.  This wil become a task for the nest few days/weeks….

Adding to sizing to extinct will take a few days.  I have to go to the old site, get the html and plug it into the new site.  Bear with me….

G, adding the sizing for extinct items is definitely appreciated, but don't stress too much about it. The measurements are always posted in the corresponding thread on the forum. It takes a little longer to find, but the information is still available.

sean, not stressing, but it is a good thing, so it will get done.

What is focussing my mind more atm is that the database structure of Prestashop is about a b'zillion times more complicated than Zencart.  Extracting vital info for shipping is proving a challenge (UPS can cope with one external database, but Prestashop keeps the info across 3).  Paula is probably taking 2 to 2.5 times as long to process a shipment and that is time she simply does not have.  I need to get that fixed soon (else I'll be doing the fecking shipping)…..

G, man, that sounds like a headache. I'm sure your frustration is compounded by the influx of orders you must be receiving with the sale. Everything will work itself out over time, however. I also think most reasonable people will understand if things take a day or two longer to ship during this adjustment period. For what it's worth, I am always amazed at how quickly my items arrive on my doorstep after I place an order. Also, considering you, and the stubborn crew, are effectively acting as your own IT department, the changeover was incredibly smooth – at least from a consumer perspective... And you have to be happy about the overwhelmingly-positive feedback regarding the new look and layout, right?

One small criticism I just noticed while clicking through some stuff.  On all the triple works pages (as accessed through ironheart.co.uk), the availability is marked as out of stock.  While that makes sense to me as I know those items are sold through triple-works.co.uk, it may not be immediately obvious to those not in the know, and may cause people to think those items are just plain out of stock…

Other than links on the product pages I also see no obvious way to triple works, which would also be something to consider.

As I said before though, love the site overall and I'm thoroughly impressed with how well it's running with such an influx on launch...

A strange one for me is that every time you select a size or colour on a product, the page is loaded again with just a parameter in the URL changed. That makes my Opera think a whole new page is loaded and thus the site is added to the list of sites I can hop 'back' to. So after looking at all sizes of e.g. the 634S to check availability, I have to go back 12 times in my browser to get back to the overview of all jeans.
Perhaps Shoque can change that size/availability checking technical stuff to be done on the client side?

I worked out what happened.  The extinct/Endangered switch had to be turned off whilst we figured out some positional issues.  The Triple works link code was also triggered by that switch, when we disabled the code we bollocksed up the TW link

Love the website, but noticed a few minor negatives:

-Past orders which I placed in € are now displayed in the default $ price, I could check my paypal history to see what I paid for item x 3 months ago, but still this was handy …
-Extinct items no longer have their measurements which has often proven a valuable resource for comparing in the past.

My old test orders all appear in the currency I placed them in. Can you re-check some other orders of yours?

Edit: You are right, the amount is in dollars but the currency symbol is EUR/GBP. Let me think about this.
