Yeah we need more pics here 🙂

Super keen to see your natural/black build, urbs as it sounds pretty close to what I have in my head for my next pair.

Is there a good resource explaining the pros/cons of each type of leather, heel, construction etc that somebody could point me to?  Thanks

I'm thinking otter describes the tanning process, because that looks like regular cowhide to me.  But then again, I've never seen otter, so what do I know?

Awesome boots Demonito - would you mind telling me the build spec?

Still keen to know the spec on these - anyone?
I'm guessing that they're 8" SD's with a mixture of black dress and bullhide?

Hi.  Can anyone speak to the difference between the "Standard" last and the "Semi-dress" last on a Smokejumper/Farmer-rancher.  I guess I thought they were the same, but Bakers lists both as options (along with the Swing and the 461 Classic, which I have a good sense of…)

                                      Thanks.

From experience with both I would say the SJ is more roomy full stop and noticeably in height above the instep and toe box. Hope that helps.

same here, plus the standard last has no upturn in the front, the soles are sitting flat on the ground.
