i was just reading boss-talk and saw the lighters.

i know i posted this a while back but i'd love to see a set of zippo's which are the patches of the various makes of the jeans.

i'd really like to see them sprayed over with black (over the bronze colored zippos) and then embossed with the patch, so that you can get some wear / patina and still see the design over the years. i'm sure there's a better way to do this, but mostly i'd like to see the patch designs on zippos, horizontally across the zippo on one side, and whatever else on the other side.

maybe even have them be different colors if it's a 634S vs a 634SB (so black vs not black).

i'm in the midst of a long edit and my thoughts aren't quite processing correctly, but i'm sure you guys get the idea.

It's a great idea, but we are primarily a clothing company and doing something like that takes a shit load of effort, takes our eye off the ball and makes us zero margin…..

I kinda like the idea too, but like G said… takes their eye off the ball.  I can get a zippo in all kinds of styles.  There are thousands of them.  And it's not really something I take out of my pocket and stare at.  Just like if I buy a bic lighter with a print on it.  I'd rather see Haraki-san focus on making awesome clothing and fabric than a lighter with a print on it

Yeah, long sleeve for me too.  Western or Work.  Have you tried the 65, NH?  It is a lot lighter than the 13, and pictures don't really do it justice.  I still cosign a TW chambray though.

It's definitely worth checking out if you get the chance.  It gets overshadowed by the 13, but they're both great.  I still agree with you that a lightweight summer chambray from TW would be cool though.

I'd quite like to see a proper western denim shirt, larger western yoke, three press stud cuff, saw tooth or 40's slanted pockets and slim fitting like the early Levis Family denim shirt, in 12 oz (raw if possible).
