will TW shirts ever be released in an even smaller size? i'm an XS in all iron heart shirts and they are still a little big for my asian body.. and the smallest in TW are huge on me!

No.  But we will be releasing the iH-666L later in the Spring which is 14.5 LHT

More than probable.  Once a design is laid out for the first time, that becomes the template for future iterations, unless a specific design change is called for.  I can't be 100% certain until I see the jean though.

Nice. Sorry to bug you about waist 35 all the time, but nothing fits better than my waist 35 vulcans. I can actually wear the jeans with no belt, if I feel like it.  After realizing my actual pants measurements, it's shocking how off I was a couple years ago….
