Thanks Brooks, the paypal address is in the opening post
-
HC-IH-21 has just sent his donation
-
I don't have a problem with an entry fee, considering what is involved here. Hopefully, folks will step up and contribute after the chaos of the holidays dies down a bit.
(I'll be sending you some cash later today, Mega, in case you were wondering if I was going to put my money where my mouth is)
-
HC-IH-14 just sent his dough-nation… One Grant.
-
Thank you sincerely, if it makes anyone more comfortable I am happy to ….
a) Stop at $500, which will cover the belts and costs we have paid so far. I will cover food and beer costs for UK events.
or
b) Publish accounts to show everyone exactly where the money goes.
-
I say take whatever folks give and pay costs. Then, if there is anything left over, either come up with some new events or toss the money into the prize pot.
But hey, it's your contest- do whatever you like.
-
Not bad ideas guys, I'm happy to see what we have left and either use it to fund events, or make a "special" prize with it.
-
I know you can't really force anyone to pay a little some some, but what do you think about an official "if you want to help - donate!" date before, in the middle and maybe even at the end of the contest, where everyone that really WANTS, can do their part to help you guys out a bit?
just came to my mind, so yeah…

HC-IH-24
Just sent a donation. -
Thanks El C
-
Thank you, and thank you all for the response, fantastic

Stick me down for $25, Gav. I'm posting from my phone until I get back home tomorrow, so will sort once I have properly reliable web access.
Given that Giles (& Haraki?) is subsidising the cost of the MBB, I'd have thought you wouldn't get too many arguments from anyone purchasing them that $10 should be a minimum contribution…

HC-IH-31 reporting. One step closer and very excited for this!!
-
And, as we approach the end of day 2, we are now at 80 contestants.

Sending my donation now for HC-IH-06.
