Not so fast, these bills can definitely be shaped. I have two of the 06's and both bills have what I would consider a fine shapely curve to them, not a super narrow bill I'll grant you, but it works. Of course it takes some consistent reinforcing and shaping via pint glasses when you're not wearing it (I can post pics of how i treat mine) or your hands while wearing, but I wear a hat every day and I don't believe it to be a lot of work, I am just repeatedly shaping the bill how I want it and when I take it off I make sure its resting in a good position, its like a pair of jeans. You can see a bit of the curve of this one, its almost a year old so the curve is totally set.

Anyone pick up one of these yet? I'm thinking black but I'd like to see some fit pics.

Sort of like this without the stripes…...

The bill relaxes if I take the containers away, but its still curved enough to get it back as soon as I put it on, and gradually the resting curve gets better and better, this one is still pretty new. The time it takes to train the fabric is a small price to pay for such a comfortable cap.

^^in need of a wash, but glorious, the curve holds its shape like well worn knee-combs.
Note to all: If you enjoy wearing caps, do not let something trivial like bill-curve diameter cloud your mind, these things will do whatever you need them to do, after they are done being stubborn, of course. but that is the fun of raw clothing.

I really want a black one of these but I keep going back and forth on sizing (i'm right at 22.5" head size). Anyone wear these hats on the smallest setting? I'm wondering how much material bunches up on the smallest setting.

@adam313:
I wear between a 7 & 7 1/8 fitted cap. Not much bunching at all on mine, and any bunching you get will just provide a crease where EVO can happen, which is awesome if you ask me.
Thanks for the picture. I'm sold.
