I fucking hate fedex with a passion right now. No door tag or no doorbell/buzzer, yet somehow they missed me.

Some guys won't even try, just say they tried. Call fed ex and raise hell, they can make the driver bring it back
Called them immediately and raised fucking hell. They said the home base where the trucks go was closed and that was the only way to reach the driver.
He definitely did not even try.
It just makes no sense.

Got something through FedEx home delivery a while back and it was brought to me by a dude driving an ordinary pickup truck, wearing ankle length "shorts" and a football jersey. I thought it was odd, but it makes sense now; obviously one of those independent contractors.

If I had the option to pick anything else I would have. I have another package coming Wednesday through Fedex as well.
Looks like I might need to set up a chair on the sidewalk all fucking day Monday and Wednesday.

Set up pickup
It's "FedEx Home Delivery," and I don't see the option for it.
My Wednesday package has options for holding at a Fedex shipping place about a 45min commute away, though.

Yeah that is not the experience I had.
Also, when I was on the phone the CS lady said that "Home Delivery" service is not usually done on Mondays but since it's the holiday season they ship on Mondays.Who the fuck doesn't ship on Mondays? Such a lame ass company.
