Dents do a variety of styles at a wide range of price points, up to £215 for a pair of unlined peccary gloves.

Daniel Storto hand sews gloves in Gloversville, New York. I think that he can even do proper made-to-measure. Looking at his blog, prices for most are between $100 and $200. (Going for fur will put a serious dent in your Iron Heart budget.)

I really like his typed gloves.

Causse make the gloves that Karl Lagerfeld wears. Their unlined Peccary style are €449. Other styles start at around €150.

Those Eastman gloves that mvb posted are nice.

Finally found some gloves that were 1) good for cell phone use and 2) actually fairly warm.

                          http://www.amazon.com/Cyanics-Wizgloves-iPhone-texting-smartphone/dp/B006U3ZB0K/ref=sr_1_2?s=sporting-goods&ie=UTF8&qid=1355499674&sr=1-2&keywords=wizgloves

Most of the others I've seen have been either too bulky or not warm at all.

Best gloves I came across. Made in USA and the quality is superb! I love my Churchill Maverick CS Short Wrist Deerskin gloves, unlined. Comfy, durable, great aging(only a year wearing them) and reasonably priced.

I got myself a pair of the forest green(use them every ride) and a seamless pair of cream(which I need to have tailored to my finger lenghth. Which they offered to do for free! I have to make sure they still will…I bought them about 6 months ago and asked about 4 months ago...

My goatskin Toy's McCoy gloves which I've been using for the past couple of years.  Very comfortable with great wind resistance and pretty good insulation.

Nice they are made here in America

I got a pair of Dent's Clifton unlined Peccary gloves that are a tad too big. Any way to shrink them? The thumbs are a little long and the fit around the wrists are loose.

I picked them up for $50 on ebay, originally $300ish so don't mind experimenting

                                          Any suggestions?

Grifter sell a range of made in the USA gloves. They're designed for motorcycling, though I prefer my gear to be more technical.

I like the fabric and leather designs they offer.
