    @Qinhan:

    G, I went with my normal IH outerwear size (M) rather than my shirt size like you did.  Do you think this will work or should I havd gone down one?

    Stick with M

        @Anesthetist:

        What size MP?

        Small.

        That's your regular outerwear size, if I'm not mistaken?

        Yes, small in this and most shirts and one other jacket.

          Just picked mine up from UPS and it's awesome. I'm glad I followed the fitting advice (got a large, even though I'm a medium in shirts) because the sleeves would have otherwise been too tight. The outer shell which I was most concerned about being too lightweight put all my fears at ease. This thing feels like the toughest quilted coat I've ever seen.

                    nice Quinhan + Anesthetist, great calls on this one guys…

                    had enough time to test it over the last days, including some low 30s F time outside and was still perfect with just a tee under, water repellent also works nicely as well. ....def highly recommend...

                        Smaller sizes are sold out so possibly those that did buy this aren't regular posters on the forums.

                          It's weird, all the small sizes sold out and I have been having to restock S, M and L to request, but there thus far has been no takers for XL or above…

                            I love this jacket but was thinking that a knitted waistband (like on the cuffs) would really improve its heat-retaining qualities.  A design tweak for future versions of this jacket perhaps?

                              I know exactly what you mean, but for taller folks it might make it more difficult to pull off.  Did you size so you could layer underneath?  Great jacket.

                                Yep, sizing for me is perfect.  I can do a t-shirt or layer a sweatshirt underneath without a problem.  The thing is, the knit cuffs are ideal for keeping the wind out from your sleeves but there is no similar feature on the jacket that prevents wind from coming up from below the waist.
