Mega, you have a double midsole on your armageddon boots right?  I know the outsole is pretty chunky but do you think the double midsole makes it super stiff?  Im wondering how a double sole breaks in over time…

Those have a double midsole, and have some William Lennons with a triple leather sole, and to be honest I don't find either particularly stiff.

This thread needs to redneckognize!  Here are my White's Outdoorsman paired with Levi's STF 501.  The only thing I don't like about them is that the grain of the Red Dog leather hides the White's stamp, but worse things could happen!

What Lennon boots have you got Megs? And how does the sizing compare with your regular UK shoe size?

I've got a pair of their WW1 boots on order as I'm currently running desperately short of footwear. I'm a bit nervous that they won't fit properly.

I have the Derby Boots, the sizing is pretty standard to UK shoes/ boots, the build quality is extremely good.

I'm a UK 13 (US 14), but found the size 13 Derby boot to be a shade bit, and the size 12 to be a bit small. I'm getting a pair built in 12 1/2, which is completely non-standard.

I'll put up details when they arrive.
