Sorry, anal Q: Could one machine wash this beautiful thing?… also, in consideration of sizing, would this require more sizing up than the (wonderful) melton 01?

Can be machine washed, it is one washed already…I size up 1 from my normal IH shirt size...

Be carefull with mashine washing though as it can cause the stitching on the nylon quilt lining to unravel…

When I wash my 49(same shit) I don't turn it inside out to prevent messing up the inside stitching and blanket lining.  I think the sleeve stitching falling apart is inevitable though. Mine is loose in a lot of places, and I'm no Bushmonkey…

Not ray Charles but a dude Albert king… Born under a bad sign is the tune. Both have that lyric in it but come on... Albert King song is better and predates the Ray Charles tune by 2 years
