Lettings agents and property managers…
Words fail me sometimes... Like the times when they try to charge me £5 per lightbulb (x5) for fitting and 'testing' costs and aim to deduct this from my deposit. This is despite them failing to make good a bedroom window that didn't close properly for two years. teeth grinding -

yesterday i bet on seven games in the soccer champions league. six of´em were correct after 90minutes and i only needed one fekking goal from AC Mailand...just one fekking goal, was all i asked for
could have made 420€ out of 3€ if them douchebags from Mailand would have goaled a fekkin single time...damn, shouldn´t be too much to ask for eh!? -
i said fuck it and gonna try my luck again today…so let's wait and see
i realised its easier to bet the english premier league than the champions league. lose SGD200 last night on man city, arsenal and real madrid.
holding back my money and waiting for this weekend's premier EPL games. they are easier to play. at least thats for me.

Got back to Madrid afternoon from NYC on Monday and I just found out that I have to go to DC on Sunday for a couple of days. I'll just be over the jet lag when I get back on the fucking plane. At least they have predicted the worst storm since the Perfect Storm will begin on Sunday on the East Coast for the entire time I am there. I'm sure that won't affect my travel plans. There is no way this ends well.

Just wondering MM, what's your beef with Brooklyn? If you ask me, if you want real, go to BK, if you are a Custy who is fake, kick it in Manhattan. That's just me though.
PS I'm pretty sure building MSG went down the same way back in the day with regards to Eminent Domain.
no beef with Brooklyn, I love the place. I find it doesn't matter where I go, good folks are good folks & the rest are what ever you want to call them. location has nothing to do with it, folks just identify with different things. having to think about my rant gives me a headache, but let's do it any way.
in regard to MSG, it is a pretty soul-less place with little to no character. hard seeing the same happen to the planet of Brooklyn
They have also revitalized a lot of it. Personally, I'll take a few lights over Section 8 housing any day.
guess we look at "revitalize" differently. i don't see the housing that was part of the plan, i see the mom & pops pushed out by the rising rents (could name some but with no point of reference or connection to the place it's meaning less), i see a lot of restaurants & clubs opening that don't really pay a living wage & i saw the land grab Ratner did & how he was able to buy folks out under value & beat out Extell (i think that's the name) the other company bidding to build at the Atlantic yards with some bull$hit.
i could continue, but i just look at it as a lot of lights in one section usually are a distraction to what's really going on. something about all that glitters aint gold, or you can polish a turd all you want, it's still just a shiny piece of sh!t

Luxury duplex appartment probably not ours… Owners unwilling to compensate us for all the work that needs done in any way... They can fucking keep it... Already onto another... Which is cheaper, and doesn't need ANYTHING done...
still looks like a great place buddy…the balcony is dope, from what i can tell and the big room incl. the open kitchen is a plus in my eyes!
