Agreed! These are Finns best fit. I feel like the 555 cut will eventually become most people's best fit that's just me being bias of course

Holding up the St. Louis Arch.

Did you ride the little egg elevator car up into the claustrophobic observation deck? Great view, but that thing was not built for comfort.
-
^^^I envy your fit. Looks like tailored to your measurements.

Chris,
I'm from St. Louis, so the journey to the top has lost it's magic a long time ago… in fact being at the top makes me really dizzy and kind of sick. I had a few cousins in town so after a lunch at Crown Candy, we had to visit down town. The views really are awesome though and I have a few pics I'm going to post in the "what are you doing today thread." This is me in the practice capsule. For reference, you fit 5 people in this little casket like elevator which rides up 630 feet to the top!

i am seriously considering getting myself these….. i need a pair of black jeans in my life... but then if i were to get em, i'm a 30 in the 666-XHS, what size should i get for these? 30? 29?

I went with my usual size in almost all brands ( which is 34). Result: the waist is comfortable, on the loose side when stretching has taken place. But a) I prefer this over a too tight waist and b) I would not be able to size down to 33, as the calves and thighs are already pretty slim and I don't want to go skinny.
In fact, I only owned one pair that slim so far, this was a Nudie Thin Finn with stretch denim. 21 oz, as soft as they are, are not meant to be worn skintight IMO. And I don't even know if I can be considered muscular…Long story short: if you are sure you can afford to size down (crotch, thigh, calves) dot it, but you will get a slim fit even when you go with your usual / needed size. And this might be a plus for your future wife as well.

Nice Max Power. Vests are really killer with the longsleeve! 555 is a great fit for you!
