      @Friday:

      @davito:

      Still have
      submariner 14060M
      2 Fortis

      Hoping on getting another IWC in the future.

      yeah watches make lots of fun  😘

      How does the subs feels like comparing it to your PAM or IWC davito?

      Hi Friday the sub no date is just a classic. I love wearing it, do not need to care about, its rugged and everybody thinks its a fake 🙂 James Bond style mate and perfect for my smaller wrist.

      The Pam are bigsized for my wrist but beautiful too and I like the Heritage of this brand, very interesting. I need a iwc again: the craftmanship on their built is outstanding. I do not care about provenance of the movement as long as its reliable, which it is.

      Very nice Seiko you have there 🙂

      Cheers,
      David

            Grabbed one of my Grandfather's old watches while I was home this weekend

            Been thinking about grabbing one of these for a while, and BAM it was there in the midst of his other watches.  Really liking it…

                  My guess is a 007?

                  I'm debating (myself) buying one. I really like the rugged look, but I'm also considering getting a modded one with a different dial. Great watch all over if we are to belive the thousands of positive reviews 😃

                      That is correct.

                      All the guys I used to dive with swore by these watches, supposed to be super reliable.  I'm very happy I found this one…

                          I always liked the Seiko Divers.  I have one, but funny enough, as I am a trained watch maker, I stopped wearing watches.  Not practicing watch repair anymore, and I never got back into the habit of wearing one.  The only issue, if you even can call it that, is that those 7S26 Seiko movements cannot be wound by hand.  Its strictly automatic.  So if you are at a computer all day, you will likely need a winder to keep it running.  Otherwise, that Seiko is probably one of the best "desert Island" watches out there

                            Love those Grand Seikos. I have a SBGX-005 but it doesn't get much wrist time. I guess I didn't realize how similar it was to my Citizen Chronomaster before I bought it. The case is really beautiful though, probably one of the nicer ones I've owned. Off the GS track, I'm VERY excited to have this Brightz coming in next week:

                            Check out the R2D2….I like the Vader and Trooper too but R2 is just my style.

                                Two things: it said the "baddies" get black ion plating.  Why is the C3PO black?  Second, the Storm Trooper is the coolest, but that's a steep price hike over a comparable Seiko.  Not sure it's that cool.

                                EDIT: I take that back about the price.  It's actually not bad.  I was getting my movements confused.

                                    The BMF had been on my list until seeing it in person. It is gigantic. Badass but gigantic. Here is my pick of the day.

                                          LOVE both the Explorer and the Citizen! Sometimes I wish I had a bit smaller wrists so I would be comfortable with sub-40 mm watches….
