If you PM me or send me an email it will get ignored. I simply do not have time to try and remember what everyone wants - that is what the form is for.You are all fantastic customers and we have great personal relationships with loads of you, but we still have to try keep a level playing field.
Everyone of you can present a brilliant reason why we should make an exception to our rule, that is why we don't make exceptions. We do it the way we do it because we believe it to be the fairest to everyone.
