on a side note, i'm glad i bought the XS and did not heed LN's advice. as i am a tiny asian guy, the XS is still a little long for me, when I sit I have to unbutton the bottom 2 to be able to sit comfortably and not have the vest cover half my face. They are really something different though! I love how rigid yet comfortable they feel hugging my body, like I'm tucked into my bed.

Super, if you don't mind me asking, what is your usual IH jacket size?

Hi supersalami the vest is roomier in the chest and longer so it may be worn over a leather jacket per haraki's idea. I would have been able to put off a xs too but stayed in my usual small. This enable me to wear a flanell or a hoody under it. But hei I am in freezy switzerland and not in average 30 Celsius areas

I'm usually an XS in everything, if IH had XXS, I'd wear that.
Ah well that explains! I can only go the maximum, 2 layers til I sweat my balls off..

An interesting thought. Myself I am not a modifier but if u like it try it. Just tell your tailor to watch out that the needles will not explode
