Does anyone have this jacket and the rider jacket? Would dig a compare/contrast. Thinking a black denim jacket is going to be my b-day present to self this year.

Well if you are looking for a "Black Denim Jacket" then you should go with the Rider as this one is not denim. I absolutely love mine and can't wait to start wearing it again soon.

My mistake! I'm new in this world.  they're both great looking jackets.

Hey no worries. Just wanted to point that out as there is certainly a difference in the weight and feel of the two materials.

i own the black rider and the brown cotton duck version of this one…both in the same size (44 - XXL). the rider is a beast and i´m totally with lando...can´t wait for the weather to turn so i can wear it again!

Giles already washed his brown cotton duck, but don´t know if he posted something about shrinkage or not!…that black one looks pretty dope actually!

It could be the pics but are these slimmer fitting than say the 526j?  I also noticed the 9526j is also slimmer looking from the pics in the shop.  I saw that there is a difference in the measurements but not that much of a difference to make them seem so much slimmer

I'm 6'6" and normally wear an XXL in Iron Heart shirts.  This is a XXXL jacket over a Flat Head winter flannel.
