Well, I know I said in the Android post I wanted to avoid i-ubiquity.

I may have to eat my words when it comes to the PC. My 6 week old Dell had a severe issue Thursday. I spent 6 hours on the phone to India talking to Microsoft and Dell techies, net result a full software rebuild required.

I had a really shitty Friday.

Anyway, next time round it's going to ba a Mac…G

Giles, that sucks. My sympathies. That kind of stuff gets on my nerves very badly, too. I feel for you, man. I hope you get it all straightened out and get back to work soon.

Hidden arcs is where it's at. Also: I dislike IH and FH's backstitching. I have the SE collabs because they have the half arcs.

Seul, what do you mean by "backstitching"? You mean the arcs on the pocket? I think the half arcs are cool and the half/half arcs in different thread colors are also cool. I even like the painted evisu arcs. That's a creative solution.

One of these days the Roy boots will arrive at Context. After 4 months of waiting I am officially getting excited.

As am I. Thought they already should be here. Guess they won´t get too much wearing right now if spring finally arrives here in Sweden anytime. Will be great to have for the fall anyhow. And something tells me the Roy boot will be a perfect companionship to all of my IH.

Sam said they´re still on schedule..but Alden won´t commit to a def. day…but March is confirmed. With the weather being crazy like it is i might still be able to wear them in May...

So sorry G! I will be purchasing the new MacBook sometime this week. I decided against the MacBook Pro after discussing the differences with my friend who works for Mac. Very excited to finally upgrade my life!

Got this IH leather patch from Giles. I keep this for awhile. Thought of replacement for the spoil IH patch, but could not trust the local tailor with the job so i use as something useful.
This is it the IH freezer magnet.

I think a leather patch would be much cooler on a Macbook than the not uncool IH stickers. Do you hear me, Lando?

Fantastic idea with the fridge magnet. How about a mouse pad with the IH stamp on it for all the IH aficionados? Personally I use a trackball or trackpad but most people still use a mouse.

Visually it was great, music was below average, and a couple of the scenes were pretty cheesy but overall it was good….the ending sucked though imo.

shutter island was a solid movie. Not a "Casino" or "The Departed" it was a "Gangs of New York" type. def not a buy for me, but worth it to watch. and if you didnt figure it out before the "twist" wow… lol.
