Few days ago, i coped IH 634s the fit its really comfy. But when the first time i wore it just 2 button after 2 day im used for sleep i all button is know, and i think 634s is masterpiece from iron heart, sorry for my bad english

Has anyone ever tried to modify the front pockets? I find the opening to be quite a bit smaller than any other pair of jeans I've owned before.

I'm no expert, but i expect that making the pocket openings larger is going to be nearly impossible.  You're going to have to remove rivets, replace the pocket bags, possibly reposition belt loops and probably a few other equally complicated things.  All while not destroying the rest of the jeans by mistake.  Sorry, but your best bet is just to use the pockets as little as possible.:)

I have specced more roomy pocket openings on the Vulcans, which will be the 634S cut in 18oz.....

I said "specced", rather than "made sure that there will be", because until I actually see the finished article, I am not certain.  There is infinite scope for a "lost in translation" incident

I gotta extol the breathability of the 21 oz.  I've been summertime workin in these puppies through the arizona heat and they keep getting better! Even though I wore them for months prior, the summer has given these boys inspiration and they have since melded to my body. More pics gotta come cus I'm getting ridiculous praise daily.

Even though I wore them for months prior, the summer has given these boys inspiration and they have since melded to my body. More pics gotta come cus I'm getting ridiculous praise daily.

Probably better in the dry desert heat. Its pretty humid in the summer where I live and there have been days where heavy denim is just not comfy. Starting to cool off a bit so the 634S have come out more.
