and need some advice should i hem it or not??

i'm planning to hem it 2 inches maybe.. or somebody can give me some advice???

A hem sounds good.  If you get rid of a couple of inches, you can cuff or stack, whichever you prefer.  Right now, they're too long to do anything but double cuff.

These have been my first IH purchase at VMC some years (think some 2-3) ago. I washed them cold couple of times, lost count on how much I wear them, unfortunately not that often they would deserve (sometimes they have waited for weeks to be worn  :(), I have to change that but its difficult with all the beauties I have in my closet  :'(. This jeans is iconic and started my love and appreciation for IH  and I am happy they have a lot of life left in them

So I'm sad. I was able to give my pair a solid 1 month, maybe 1.5 months of wear back in the spring after I got it. We had some good times. Then, summer hits and it was way too hot to wear them. Pop em on today and realize it is a lot tighter in the thighs (almost "painted on"). I've been putting on muscle and am afraid they aren't going to fit soon (good problem). Everything fits perfect at the moment except for thigh area being tight now. So, I need advice from experienced 634s wearers. Will they stretch more/enough?  Sell em and get a bigger size (they are 31). If so, jump up to a 32 or all the way to 33? I'll try to get some fit pics up tomorrow so there's a visual reference with this.

They will stretch some, maybe a whole inch….

That gives me some hope….But, at the same time I figure they will only stretch just enough and stay at the "painted on thighs" level. I also don't want to invest time in a pair of jeans that aren't going to fit at all in 2 months. I figure the less wear the more they're worth (until they're beautifully destroyed). I'm going to have to give this some serious thought. These jeans are my favorite article of clothing I have ever owned.

if you KNOW you´ll gain even more weight/muscles during the next few months i´d sell this pair and size one or even two sizes up!…it all depends on you and if you´re feeling comfy in the clothes you´re wearing!

As I'm ever the advocate of snug fitting jeans, I beg to differ and would recommend giving them more of a try and wear them a lot. Permanently, basically.

IHs are so sturdy I don't think there will be a grave loss of value any time soon, if you should end up selling them. And chances are you will so like that intensified denim feel when wearing them tight that you'll soon reject any idea of a sale with contempt!

I used to have pretty muscular thighs too before I had to stop lifting, and on the first day, they would be skin tight. The second day, a little better. After about a month, they'd be pretty loose. All depends on how much pressure you put on them

I have some excellent news for all you in-betweeners.  I have just asked Haraki to make a roll or two (depends how many my retailers want) of denim into waist size 35.  Yes you read that right.
